By itself without the Windows Version.
By the Assigner to Create, Edit, and Delete Assignments.
By the Refs to View, Confirm, or Return Assignments.
By A.D.s to View Schedules with Refs.
By Coaches and Others (optionally) to View Schedules without Ref Info.
To Import Database Chapters created by the Windows Version.
To Export Database Chapters from the Web Version to your local computer.

The Windows Version is...

Easy to Use.
Used by the Assigner only - Refs receive emails.
Able to: Read, Edit, Upload Database Chapters to and from, the Web Database.

Using Ref Scheduler Windows Version by itself (without the Web Version) allows the Assigner to use all the functions of Ref Scheduler except displaying the information on the Web. Ref Scheduler Windows Version requires that the 'Microsoft .Net Framework 4.7.2 Runtime' be installed on your computer. The Framework may already be on your computer. The install program will inform you if the Framework needs to be installed.
